CMN 4172: Media and Social movements

CMN4172 - Media and Social Movements - is an elective course for students in the Department of Communication. Generally, the course takes place in one 3-hour lecture per week. 

The course covers the following topics:

  • The role of media in historical and contemporary social movements

  • Patterns of emerging social movements
