CMN 3100: Law, culture and Communication
CMN3100 - Law, Culture and Communication - is an elective course for students in the Department of Communication. Generally, the course takes place in one 3-hour lecture per week.
The course covers the following topics:
How the law, legal system, and players in the legal system are constructed in culture
The impact of mediated constructions on public perceptions of the law
Legal frames and narratives that arise in everyday life.
